High absorption iron bisglycinate is up to 4x better absorbed than standard iron sulphate whilst added co-factor vitamin C further enhances iron uptake. We use targeted release technology to deliver iron to the duodenum - the site of maximal absorption in the small intestines. The chelated form of iron bisglycinate is well tolerated, reducing irritation and minimising the unpleasant side effects of standard iron supplements.
