Ashwagandha is considered a ‘Rasayana’ or tonic in traditional Ayurvedic medicine. It is used for various kinds of ailments but most often as a nervine tonic. Kefir-kombucha fermented organic fermented ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) – 600mg

Each capsule contains organic ashwagandha fermented for an extended period with our signature kefir-kombucha process, then carefully freeze dried to preserve all the unique nutrients. We then encapsulate it in an organic fermented tapioca capsule, making it uniquely 100% organic inside and out.




For daily maintenance take 1 capsule twice daily with food.

Capsules can be opened and added to drinks or smoothies or mixed into food.

Best taken with food. Avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients.
